WORK HISTORY
Vivekin Group
President and CEO
Apr 2006 - Present
Through 10 years of research at various universities (Wharton, Purdue, Minnesota...), at Vivekin Group, we have developed I-Smarts an intelligence-driven approach to innovation that allows firms to
++ unearth innovative potential latent in the organization
++ measure innovational readiness of the organization
++ develop and direct innovational capabilities as appropriate for the organization
We have extended the multiple intelligences concept to leadership development through a framework called L-Smarts. In our approach, leadership relies on the ability to use five leadership intelligences with flexibility: analytical, operational, inventive, communicative, and ethical.
Our workshops for executives help assess and develop leadership and innovative potential of individuals, teams, and organizations, and guide organizations in instituting a highly-effective customized program that makes leadership and innovation a way of life in the organization.
